      • Imminent release of version 3.3.1; basically a patch for problems Monash was experiencing.
      • Version 4.0 now at quality testing stage; Beta available soon, feedback welcomed. VTLS want to put this version up first before ARROW dev goes live.

    • Interim Report for 16 April will be postponed until this work has been finalised.

  8. Issues arising from Implementation Table
    • Monash seeing poor performance with 3.1.1, no better than with 3.3. Possible memory capacity – problem experienced by other members (USA, USQ); changing RAM capacity doesn’t appear to make a difference. Discussion re impact of user numbers. Prashant to report to Google Group on results of testing.
    • Swinburne have problem with statistics resetting on an ad hoc basis; VTLS has been informed. Resetting is random/no pattern apparent. Macquarie also has experienced the problem.
    • ACTION: ARROW Central to take to VTLS for advice on the problems.
  9. Other business.
  10. Next Meeting: Date: 05/05/2008 (Chair: ARROW Central. Minute taker: LaTrobe University)
